The Its Me Experiment is a social science project exploring identity, curiosity, and online discovery. Using publicly available records, we have randomly selected a single person's name and created a live website where people of the same name can see if they are "The One".
The goal is simple yet intriguing: to see if and when the person with that exact same name discovers this site and answers all questions correctly on the Its Me page.
This experiment will run continuously until the selected person finds the website and correctly answers the questions. If and when they do, a small prize will be awarded to acknowledge their participation in the experiment.
We will never publish any personal data or information used in identifying the individual chosen. The only information we will share publicly during and if the chosen person is found is:
If the chosen person wishes to share their story, this is entirely their decision. We respect and support their privacy at all times.

No personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or displayed. The map data is fully anonymous and used strictly for visualizing general interest and reach. This helps us better understand the experiment’s engagement without compromising anyone’s privacy or location security.
All participation is voluntary, and your visit alone does not identify you in any way. We use this data solely for anonymous statistical purposes and to enhance the experiment’s transparency and progress tracking.
